子彈時間（英語：Bullet time）是一種使用在電影、電視廣告或電腦遊戲中，用電腦輔助的攝影技術模擬變速特效，例如強化的慢鏡頭、時間靜止等效果。它的特點是不但在時間上極端變化（觀眾可以看到一些在平常不能見到的景象，如子彈飛過頭頂，因此得名），而且在空間上極端變化：在慢鏡頭的同時拍攝角度（觀眾視角）也圍繞場景旋轉。

有些這種效果是傳統攝影技術達不到的，例如在極短時間內攝影機的空間變化中，其不能以如此高的速度運動。也就是說只有虛擬的攝影機（通常用電腦模擬），在一個電腦生成的環境，例如虛擬現實或者電腦遊戲中才可能「拍攝」出子彈時間的效果。在技術上歷史上這種技術發展出不同的應用，例如時間分割（time slicing）、視角變換（view morphing）、超慢鏡頭（slow motion）、暫時死亡（temps mort）和虛擬攝影術（virtual cinematography）等。

在這部電影中，有一些東西是我在看第一次看不太懂的，把它整理下來放到這裡。

「什麼是母體(The Matrix)？他是一種控制方式。
母體是電腦模擬的夢世界，為了控制所有的人類......變成這玩意。」

變成電池？我重新再看了一遍也搞不太懂為什麼，電池要運輸給誰？電腦人？真理(x)？如果有人看得懂這一段的話可不看告訴我QQ

「似曾相識。」

『你說什麼？』

「沒什麼，我眼花了。有一隻貓走過去，另一隻貓又過去」

『是同一隻貓嗎？』

「我不確定。」

「怎麼了？」

『通常母體在變動，才會這樣。』『是陷阱，快走！』

我大概可以理解這種類似 Stuck住的感覺，但是為什麼是貓呢？

這是不是有其他的寓意？像是薛丁格的貓？

「你想要和我說什麼？我能閃躲子彈嗎？」

『不，Neo。我是說當你準備好......就不必躲子彈。』

我知道到最後Neo變成救世主後確實有躲子彈的能力，甚至可以把電腦人射出的子彈停住。這讓我想到之後去拜訪預言家之前的某位小孩子說的話：

在虛擬世界裡，如果你可以拋棄認知的話，說不定可以用自己的腦袋來改變世界？？？還是這件事情只是自己對所有人施展萬花筒寫輪眼才會出現的狀況？？？

說真的，看過了很多之後出現的科幻片後，才發現其中的很多梗都是從這部電影出來的。就不一一列舉了，大家真的可以去看看，雖然說是1999的電影，但是如果我不知道還真的以為是近幾年的電影呢Www（真的有一種很多科幻片都有向他致敬的感覺Ｗ
